Holdline

Privacy

Last updated 27 July 2026. This is a plain-language summary of actual system behaviour, not boilerplate. Have a lawyer review it before you take payments.

What we collect

Your phone number. It is the account and the thing we call. We verify it by SMS.

The line you asked us to call, when you asked, and how many attempts it took.

Hold-line audio, transiently. While waiting, our system analyses the audio coming from the line we dialed so it can tell hold music apart from a human voice. A text transcript of that hold audio is retained with the attempt for troubleshooting.

Your consent record — the exact authorization text you agreed to, the time, and your IP address. We keep this because we place calls to you and must be able to show you asked us to.

What we do not collect

We do not record your conversation with the agent. Once you are connected, our analysis stops and our system is not a participant in the call. We never ask for and cannot access your SSN, tax account, claims data, or payment details beyond what our payment processor handles directly.

How long we keep it

Attempt transcripts and detector traces: 30 days, then deleted. Consent records and billing records: retained as long as required for dispute and tax purposes. Sessions expire after 12 hours.

Who we share it with

Our telephony carrier (to place the calls), our speech-to-text provider (to process hold audio), and our payment processor. No advertisers, no data brokers, no sale of personal information.

Your choices

Cancel any call in progress from the status page. Email us to delete your account and its history.
